Wendy Fisher - Director Wendy Fisher has been a Registered Nurse at Torrance Memorial Medical Center since 1984.  She has also served as Carrie's loving aunt since December 11, 1975.  Her nursing career began in Orthopedics then moved on to the newborn nursery and NICU.  Currently Wendy is a Lactation Educator in the postpartum unit at Torrance Memorial.     Contact Us Site map  The Shining Light Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a public charity.
