The Shining Light Fund volunteer program is based out of The Bead Studio in Redondo Beach, California.  Members of the store's staff and community volunteers meet here to pick up the materials needed to make the mother's bracelets.  We are very fortunate to to have several dedicated and caring volunteers who give of their time and talents to make sure that we are able to continue providing bracelets to grieving moms.
